Qualifying Requirements

Be able to prove where your money comes from

You’ll need to show that your funds are earned legally.

Pass a background check

Our Process

  • Stage I

    Getting Started

    Duration: Month 1

    File Presentation: First, MyGlobal Citizenship will check all your documents and make sure everything is in place. They’ll also check the property you’ve chosen for investment. Don’t forget, application fees are due now!

    Submit Application: Once everything’s ready, you’ll submit your application and make the required donation. After this, you’ll get your Naturalization Certificate.

  • Stage II

    The Wait Begins

    Duration: Month 2
    After everything is checked and approved, you’re almost there! Just hang tight for the final steps to be processed.

  • Stage III

    Almost Done!

    Duration: Month 3-4

    Submit Passport Application: Once you’re officially a citizen, you’ll submit your passport application.

    Passport Issued: The final step—your Grenada passport will be issued and you’re all set!

Investment Options

Real Estate Investment

If you love the idea of owning property, you can invest at least US$350,000 for sole ownership, or from US$270,000 per investor in a shared-ownership project (minimum two investors, total project value US$440,000+), plus a non-refundable government fee of US$50,000 for a family of up to four. If you want to add more family members, it’s an extra US$25,000 per dependent. If you include a parent (under 55), there’s an additional fee of US$50,000, and if you have a sibling, there’s a US$75,000 extra cost.

National Transformation Fund Donation

Another option is to donate money to the National Transformation Fund. A one-time donation of US$235,000 covers a single applicant or a family of up to four, the total donation amount is US$200,000. Each additional dependent will cost US$25,000 extra. Like with the real estate investment, if you add a parent (under 55), there’s an extra US$50,000, and if you include a sibling, it’s US$75,000 more.
