France Talent Passport: Residency Through Business Investment

Secure a renewable 4-year French residence permit – with a path to citizenship in 5 years – through a genuine investment in the French economy.

What is the France Talent Passport?

France doesn’t offer a passive “golden visa” – there’s no property purchase or government bond route. Instead, its residency-by-investment pathway is the Talent Passport (Passeport Talent) – Economic Investor card: a genuine investment in a French business, paired with a job creation or protection commitment. It’s a full EU and Schengen member state, so the permit gives you and your family the right to live, work, and study in France, with visa-free travel across Europe. After 5 years of residence, investors become eligible to apply for French citizenship.
