- Dependents Over 16: US$4,000 each

- Five-Year Hold Period: US$400,000 in government-approved real estate or shares to hold for five years
- Seven-Year Hold Period: US$200,000 in luxury resorts to hold for seven years
- Further Costs: Investors will have to pay all applicable taxes and fees that the trust will incur.
Alternative Investment Option (AIO)
To assist government projects submitted for other infrastructure.
Investment Thresholds:
- Single applicant + 3 family members: US$175,000
- Additional dependants: US$10,000 each
- Siblings: US$20,000 each
